Christmas-tide in the churches

The 32nd Lancaster Wolf Cub Pack attached to the Scotforth Congregational Church played a football match on Saturday last week at the Barton Road playing fields against the Crookhey Hall Special School Cubs which resulted in a win 4–2 in favour of the 32nd Lancaster pack.

The game was followed by a tea in the church premises, which had been organized by the ladies. After tea Mr. R. Danson, the Group Scout Master, arranged a social evening which included competitive games and musical items by Gerald and Tony Palmer .
