Summer Holiday Vacancies with West Lancashire Scouts
This coming Summer, we again need a number of dedicated people to assist in the running of our activity centres at Waddecar, Great Tower and Moor Crag.
For those who have been a part of this experience in previous years, there are a few changes this year but none that will stop the huge amount of experience, enjoyment and satisfaction that will be gained by all of our team.
For the voluntary positions, a new Summer Staff handbook will appear on the http://www.waddecar.org.ukand http://www.greattower.org.ukweb sites over the coming next few days but if you are interested, please feel free to send in a covering letter to the address below explaining what you'd like to do, which centre you'd like to be attend why we should select you above other applicants. For the following paid positions, please apply by sending a current CV detailing your qualifications and permits and experience along with a covering letter to the address below.
The paid positions we are looking for are:
Waddecar:
1 x Climbing Instructors for 6 weeks commencing Saturday 24th July on a "paid per session" basis
1 x Summer Staff Team Leader for 4 weeks commencing Saturday 17th July (Possibly to be extended to end August)
Great Tower:
2 x Climbing Instructors for 6 weeks commencing Saturday 24th July
1 x Summer Staff Team Leader for 7 weeks commencing Saturday 17th July
Moor Crag:
1 x Sailing Instructor for 6 weeks commencing Saturday 24th July
1 x Sailing Instructor for 3 weeks commencing Saturday 24th July
1 x Kayak/Canoe Instructor for 6 weeks commencing Saturday 24th July
1 x Kayak/Canoe Instructor for 3 weeks commencing Saturday 24th July
