Camping, still the prime scout activity!
Your chance this year to again join your fellow scouts from around the District and to either learn new skills, or brush-up on existing ones. Most of all to have some FUN. Advice and assistance will be on hand, if required. The event will take place this year at SilverHelme.
Basically the event will take the form of a patrol camp with patrols setting up their own campsites and cooking for themselves throughout the weekend.
The Saturday programme will be a selection of bases run by the District, from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm, with a lunch break, as well as a quiz and a wide game on Saturday night.
