Mrs. J. Rowley, Leader of the 16th Morecambe and Heysham Monday pack Cub Scouts (Church of the Ascension), presents a Union Jack from the pack to Mr. C. Midwinter, Cub and Scout Leader of the newly formed 1st Morecambe and Heysham Cub Scouts (Central Methodist) at the Church Hall on Wednesday.
