NO SCOUT BEDS
Lancaster and District Boy Scouts’ Association has asked the Corporation to provide floral beds in the city parks and gardens to commemorate the centenary of the birth of Lord Baden-Powell and the golden jubilee of Scouting in this country, but the request has been refused.
