Ruth Borrowdale – Gone Home

We were saddened to hear of the death of Ruth from her obituary in the Guardian:

Ruth Olave
On 7th September peacefully in hospital, aged 62 years. Much loved and missed by her family and friends. Her funeral service will take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Friday, 23rd September 2022 at 11.00am. Family flowers only please. Ruth was the daughter of Tom Borrowdale and Rosetta B Sandford, known as Rose.

If I recall correctly Ruth helped in the Lancaster Scout & Guide Shop for several years as well as being Badge Secretary.
